The owner of a booster (car start aid) that was stolen a few days ago in Upplands-Bro rings the police after tracing his booster to Barkarby. 
The booster is equipped with a GPS tracker and when the police arrive at the location, they can find the booster packaged in a trash bag on a bicycle. 
The bicycle's owner is a 50-year-old man who becomes a suspect in theft. He is then arrested as he is a foreign citizen and lacks a residence in Sweden.
