The clock 15:02, the police receives several calls about a man who is pulling down his pants in front of other people in central Enköping. According to the informant, the man has also been in some grocery store.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man is found to be in his 40s. Due to severe intoxication, the man is taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the detention of intoxicated persons.

The man has not been charged with any suspicion of crime.
