Center, police contacted regarding a woman affected outdoors.

Police head to the scene and find the woman, who is in her 20s. She is taken into custody according to the LOB (Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons). It is suspected that the woman has been affected by narcotics. A report is filed regarding minor narcotics offense, personal use.
