01.32 Assault, Arvidsjaur:
Police patrol is ordered to a hotel in Arvidsjaur due to a suspected assault. A man is suspected of assaulting another.

The plaintiff man is taken to medical care by ambulance. The suspected man, who has left the scene, is found and apprehended.

The incident is being investigated as aggravated assault. The police are working with initial investigative measures, such as interviews with the parties involved. After the interviews, the prosecutor has decided that the man should be detained.

04.55 Wildlife accident, Arvidsjaur:
The police receive a report of an accident involving a truck and a reindeer on E45, west of Fiskträsk. No personal injuries are reported.

05.18 Traffic check, Gällivare:
All those checked at a traffic check on Metallvägen, Kulleporten's industrial area, are without remark.

The police have also carried out checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
