A patrol stopped a vehicle in Gränby, Uppsala. The driver of the vehicle, a 25-year-old man, was practicing his driving.

During the control, the driver showed signs of drug influence, he was taken in for a blood test and further investigation. 

The man is now suspected of drunk driving. He was released after the blood test and also had his driver's license taken away.
