Emergency alarm reports that a driver has driven off the road on exit E18 near Lekhyttan in the direction of Örebro. The car has landed on the roof.

The police are on the scene and at present the road is closed in the direction of Örebro.

The driver of the car is being examined at present by ambulance personnel but it is unclear if he needs to be taken to hospital for treatment.

The driver will be taken to hospital for examination, he is conscious.

At present it is unclear if any crime has occurred but the police will speak with the driver to investigate what has happened.

The police will leave the scene shortly and traffic will be released.
