Vid 16-tiden alarmed the police about a person who had behaved disorderly at a reception at the hospital.
Near the patrol arrived at the scene, the person was handcuffed. 
The person, who is a man in his 30s, was then made to follow the patrol to the station according to the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons (LOB).
