The police are being dispatched to an address in Jakobsberg due to an alarm that foreign persons are located in an apartment at the address. 
When the police arrive, the door to the apartment is broken and the apartment is disturbed but empty of persons. The police file a report of a break-in theft. It is unclear what was stolen.
