A police patrol goes to the scene to talk to the driver of the car, a man in his 80s, as well as the man who was hit.
It turns out that the driver did not do anything wrong.
Instead, the man who was hit gets a fine for disorderly conduct because he did not observe the right of way, as he drove an electric scooter on a pedestrian crossing.
The man did not need help from an ambulance.
