A 25-year-old man calls via SOS saying he has been assaulted with fists and kicks.

The perpetrator has left the scene and is not found by police patrols searching the area.

The victim can provide a good description, but at present, no one has been charged with suspicion of a crime.

He also needs to visit the hospital to be bandaged, but is not seriously injured.
