The man has entered the apartment building by kicking in the door, then entered the apartment where the woman is located. There he has hit her and otherwise mistreated her, taken her phone and thrown her out of the apartment.

The police break down the door to the apartment and arrest the man. In connection with the arrest, the police patrol is forced to use a stun gun (ECV/Taser).

The man in his 30s is arrested on suspicion of assault, unlawful threats, vandalism and unauthorized conduct.
