Police are ordered to Bennet's street as there has been a small fire in a stairwell. On the scene, it can be observed that someone has smashed the window to the entrance door and thrown in something flammable. 

Three witnesses are said to have extinguished the fire before the fire department arrived at the scene. 

The location is cordoned off in anticipation of technicians.

The case is classified as arson. No person has been injured and there is no suspect.
