The Bergslagen region handled a human skeleton earlier this year. The skeleton was secured in Hagfors municipality in Värmland.

The National Board of Forensic Medicine has now left a preliminary answer that the skeleton is not from the woman who disappeared in November 2000. Everything suggests that the skeleton comes from a person born before 1955 and not of Scandinavian origin.

The skeleton will undergo further investigations and the investigation regarding the crime against marital peace continues.
