The fire department is handling the fire in the row house and the police are assisting with cordons and the like.

Even a car that was parked in connection with the apartments has burned.

There are currently no reports of anyone being physically injured.

Several residents have been evacuated from their homes.

Due to the suspicion that the fire was set, an investigation into gross arson has been initiated and a police operation is underway to search for the perpetrator(s).

A technical investigation will be conducted when it has cooled down at the fire/ crime scene.
