Police patrol decides to check a driver. The driver chooses not to stop at the police officer's signal and a pursuit begins. 

The journey goes south on Highway 28, and after a while, it stops in Nättraby. 

There are three men in their 20s in the car. The driver lacks a driver's license and shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics. He is now suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, unauthorized driving, reckless driving in traffic, and minor narcotics offense, possession. 

The passengers are also suspected of minor narcotics offenses. One is suspected of possession and the other of personal use.
