People are screaming and throwing stones through the window of an apartment in Hässelby garden before they disappear from the scene. After a while searching, the patrols find two suspected perpetrators in their 30s who are arrested for vandalism and unlawful threats.

In no one was at home in the apartment in question at the time of the vandalism.
