June 6, 06.30, Summary of the night, Karlstad

Some examples of crimes that the police had to handle during the night:

01:30 in Karlstad. A bouncer at a centrally located pub noticed that a girl had used another person's ID card to get into the pub, which has an age limit. The police were called to the scene and identified the girl as not yet 18 years old. A report of misuse of a document has been prepared and the girl's parents have been informed about the suspicions against their daughter.

02:50 in Karlstad. A woman in her 40s, who was at a centrally located pub, witnessed four "guys" steal her handbag, which she had left unattended while dancing. The woman ran after the guys, (which also a taxi driver who noticed the chase did) who ran out of the building. The bag was found a few blocks away from the crime scene.

After the woman had recovered her bag, the taxi driver called the police, who were looking for the thieves, but without success.

The woman got her bag back with its contents, except for a bank card that was immediately blocked.

A report has been prepared regarding gross theft.
