The informant also thinks they see that the man has some kind of weapon-like object on him.
The police have been on the scene and they have identified a man in his 30s. The patrol finds some kind of replica of a weapon on him, that is, no sharp weapon.
The man is suspected of minor narcotics offenses through personal use and he is taken into custody in accordance with the LOB, the Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons. Further crime classifications may become relevant.
According to information provided to the police, the man has not shown the object to anyone but has only carried it on him.
