A police patrol on alert apprehends a man in central Torsby with packaged narcotics.
The patrol observed the man, who is in his 35-year-old, behaving strangely in a smaller forest area, which led them to check him. It then turned out that the man was carrying packaged narcotics, which suggests that he had it with the intention of selling. This led to the patrol arresting the man.
After an interrogation and several other investigative measures, the prosecutor decided that the man should be released during the ongoing investigation. He is now suspected of a normal-level narcotics offense related to the intention to sell.
