The police are contacted by a security guard regarding a drunk man in central Östersund.

Police patrol is ordered to the scene.

The man is apprehended in accordance with the LOB, the law on apprehension of intoxicated persons.

A small amount of suspected narcotics is found on the man and seized. A report is filed regarding minor narcotics offense (possession).
