Between 00-07, three people have been taken into custody for intoxication. The police have also carried out several checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

06:12 Vandalism, Skellefteå
Police find a man who is suspected of breaking a window at a business in Skellefteå city center. The man, who is in his mid-30s, is arrested and will be questioned. He is suspected of vandalism and a crime against the knife law.

During the evening and night, the police have worked actively to be available, visible, and to maintain a safe traffic behavior among the cars that have been moving around Umeå.
A large number of fines have been issued, including for disturbing the peace by playing loud music from vehicles. Fines have also been issued due to errors and defects on vehicles, such as parked vehicles, unauthorized lighting, unauthorized number of passengers, incomplete registration plates, and speeding offenses, etc. The police have also filed a report regarding a suspected DUI.
13 vehicles were also subjected to a special inspection by the police to assess the vehicle's condition.

Two people were removed from the area and two people were turned away from the area.
