Police have apprehended a man in his 30s this morning on suspicion of assaulting a woman he is in a relationship with. 

The suspected crime scene is cordoned off for a technical examination. An interrogation has been conducted with the victim. Further information is lacking about the victim seeking medical care. 

The notification of suspicion and interrogation will be conducted with the suspected person. What has subsequently been found in the investigation will be notified to a prosecutor who will then make a decision on further detention in the form of arrest or whether the man should be released on bail.
