Alarms are received about a man who is outwardly aggressive and violent on Östra Promenaden in Norrköping. He hits passing cars with some kind of weapon. The police quickly gain control of the man, who is initially arrested, which later becomes a custodial care according to LPT47, the law on psychiatric compulsory care. No person is physically injured, but a number of cars are damaged.
