Emergency Alarm reports that the vehicle has become stuck at the viaduct and the road in the northbound direction is completely blocked. The trailer is supposed to have been torn off.

The police are on their way to the scene to assist with traffic direction and investigate how the accident occurred. No person has been injured in the incident. 

It is reported to be a part of an oil leak at the scene. 

Update 09.43: The road is closed for cleaning. The bridge has suffered some damage. A wrecker has been ordered to the scene.
