Assault, Charlottenberg
23.01. A report and counter-report regarding assault of a normal degree are established after a patrol was ordered to a residential address in Charlottenberg. A man and a woman in their 40s, who are in a relationship, are said to have gotten into a disagreement, which ended in a physical fight. Neither of the individuals is said to have sought medical care. 

Arson, Kristinehamn
02.11. SOS Alarm receives a call about black smoke coming from a grocery store, whereupon rescue resources are dispatched to Broängen. Upon inspection, it appears to be a container that is burning, and since it is unclear how the fire started, a report is filed for arson to investigate the incident further. There is no suspect. 

Harassment, Arvika
02.18. A patrol was present at the harbor due to the public reacting to young people throwing bottles and banging on parked house trailers. A report is filed for harassment and incitement to a group of people, but at present, there is no suspect. 

Patrols have conducted checks of individuals and vehicles without incident and handled incoming calls that did not result in any report or action. No more serious crimes have come to the attention of the police.
