The incident is believed to be a collision between a car and two young people on an electric scooter. Police, rescue services, and an ambulance are called to the scene.

The people on the electric scooter, both boys in their upper teenage years, are reported to have been awake and able to talk and not seriously injured. They are still taken to the hospital by ambulance. A report on failure to observe right of way has been drawn up. There is as yet no suspect.
