23:11 – Garage fire, Söderköping
A report is received that something has exploded in a garage located under ground in Söderköping. According to the report, it also smells of burning and is smoke-filled in several stairwells located next to the garage. Shortly after the alarm, several nearby residents are evacuated and a collection point is established for those affected. The police then set up a cordon around the fire site. Shortly afterwards, it becomes clear that it is a few cars that have caught fire. A little after midnight, the fire is under control, and it can be confirmed that two cars are completely burned out and a third is damaged. An investigation is initiated regarding general reckless behavior, as the fire occurred for unclear reasons. The garage remains cordoned off and under surveillance throughout the morning until the police technicians have completed an investigation. The residents who were evacuated are now welcome to return to their apartments. 

03:21 – Unlawful entry, Norrköping
An unauthorized person has been seen wandering around on a construction site in Skärblacka. The police are on the scene after the alarm and get a track using a dog patrol, but no person is found in the area. A report is filed regarding unlawful entry.

Since the late Tuesday evening, the police have handled narcotics offenses, a lot of mental health issues, and made a large number of routine checks on their own initiative or after an alarm from the public.
