Several people call in and describe hearing a loud bang that they perceive as some form of explosion. The police are on the scene to investigate further what has happened.

The police suspect that some form of explosion occurred in or near an apartment building. The area will be cordoned off for technical investigation. It is currently unclear regarding personal injuries.

A person has been taken to hospital. Unclear regarding the person's injury status. The incident is being investigated as a case of arson. The police are searching for one or more perpetrators.
