Poor smell from an apartment in Alby causes police to enter the apartment to investigate so that no person is harmed. The poor smell, however, is found to come from the refrigerator where food is standing and rotting. 
At the same time, the apartment is supposed to be unoccupied according to the landlord but searches in the register show that seven adult persons are registered there which leads to several reports of population registration crimes.
