A passerby discovers a screaming infant left alone in a car. The car is parked outside a larger store.

The passerby stands outside the car and has control over the infant while the police operator tries to reach the car's owner. The owner cannot be reached and after 10 minutes the passerby smashes the car window.

The infant is fine and the custodian is reported for causing bodily harm.
