Police are contacted regarding a single-vehicle accident in Älvsbyn. A car is supposed to have driven into a ditch. A patrol is on its way and finds the driver who blows positively in the sampling instrument and is taken in for further sampling. A report of drunk driving is drawn up and the driver has their driving license taken away.

Police have had a traffic control on county road 873. Two fines were issued to a driver who did not have their driving license with them and one due to insecure load. All checked drivers were sober.
