According to the complainant, a smaller dog has been observed in a car, one of the car's windows is rolled down a few centimeters but the dog appears to be included. When the police arrive at the scene, the patrol car breaks a window and takes out the dog. The dog gets water and is brought into a cooler car.

At 5:30 p.m., the owners of the car are found and a couple in their 55-60-year-old age is questioned about the circumstances. Both are initially suspected of animal cruelty, the dog is returned to the couple.
