At around 19:30, police were alerted about some kind of disturbance in central Vetlanda. According to the information received, a person was seen with a weapon, and someone else was also being chased. Police quickly arrived on the scene with several units to search for the person in question. Soon, a man in his 20s was found in central Vetlanda. The man, who is suspected of illegal threats and attempted serious assault, was arrested. No one was injured in connection with the incident. The police are now conducting interviews with witnesses as a result of what happened.
