A private individual takes the car keys from a driver who has collided with a pole in the Råckstar roundabout and calls the police. The driver is a man in his 80s who has apparent difficulties standing up after getting out of the car and the person who took the keys suspects that he is intoxicated.
The driver blows positively in the police's breathalyzer and is taken into custody for a blood test.
