A woman in Fullersta is alarmed that she has a man following her and shouting about rape and seriously harming people. 
The man is unknown to the woman and she eventually manages to shake him off. 
He is found shortly thereafter by a patrol. 
It is unclear if the man's shouting was directed at a specific person. He is taken into custody in accordance with the law on compulsory psychiatric care and driven to the hospital.
At present, it is unclear if any report will be filed.
