People at a restaurant in Märsta contact the police because a very intoxicated man with a child in a stroller has made them uneasy. 
The intoxicated man is checked by the police. He is in his 55s and so intoxicated that he is taken into care with the support of the LOB (Law on Intoxicated Persons) and taken to a care facility. The child is not his own, but he has a close family relationship. The child is picked up by the custodian. The police will write a warning report to the social services.
