Police are on the scene in connection with an accident between a cyclist and an electric scooter. It is currently unclear if there are personal injuries.

Update: Total three people have been taken to hospital by ambulance, unclear extent of injuries. Police patrol is driving to the hospital to try to question those involved for a better situation picture.
