Staff at a state authority on Kungsängsvägen in Uppsala alert the police due to a man behaving badly on the premises.

The man is supposed to both spit and scream. He is also supposed to have uttered threats against one of the staff members.

The police draw up a report on unlawful threats against the 45-year-old man, who is suspected.
