A patrol discovers and intervenes against a nearly naked man with a knife-like object on Klarabergsgatan.
At the intervention, electric shock devices are used and the man is disarmed and handcuffed. 
He is apprehended but is in need of medical care and is therefore transported from the scene by ambulance. 
At present, the suspicions concern a serious offense against the knife law. The man's purpose with his actions is unknown.
