The explosion caused limited damage to the property that did not need to be evacuated.

The police have initiated a criminal investigation with the classification of gross vandalism and a breach of the Explosives and Flammable Substances Act.

A search for the perpetrator is ongoing and several vehicles have been stopped and checked. The police are currently knocking on doors in the property to hear any observations that have been made. Further, the footage from surveillance cameras is being checked to see what may have been documented.
