Here follow a selection of events from last night:

00.06 Drunk driving, Härnösand:
Motorist on Änget is suspected of driving under the influence and is to be accompanied by a patrol for blood sampling. A report is filed regarding drunk driving.

00.17 Traffic control, Örnsköldsvik:
All individuals checked on Husumvägen, Björna, are without complaint.

01.09 Drunk driving, Örnsköldsvik:
Motorcycle driver in Svartby is suspected of driving under the influence and is to be accompanied for blood sampling. The driver lacks the right to drive a motorcycle. A report is filed regarding gross drunk driving and unauthorized driving. The driver is taken into custody according to the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons.

01.28 Alcohol Law, Sundsvall:
Police patrol in Stenstan checks two individuals under the age of 18. One of them has alcohol that is seized. A report is filed regarding a crime of supplying alcohol to a minor. Since both rode the same electric scooter, an order to pay a fine is issued due to too many passengers.

02.11 Assault, Sundsvall:
Police patrol is ordered to Inre hamnen where a man is reported to have hit a woman. Two other individuals are reported to have assaulted the man. The man is suspected of minor assault and is taken into custody according to the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons. A report is also filed regarding assault where the man is the victim.

03.02 Drunk driving, Härnösand:
Motorcycle driver in Älandsbro is suspected of driving under the influence and is to be accompanied for blood sampling. The driver does not have the right to drive a motorcycle. A report is filed regarding gross drunk driving and unauthorized driving.

Other:
Ten people have, in addition to the above and below, been taken into custody for intoxication. One of them is suspected of minor narcotics crime (use).

Police have also carried out several checks of individuals and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

Selection of police work in connection with Kramfors city festival:
Saturday has meant a good cooperation between several different actors, including security guards, emergency services and organizers. Approximately 1500 people have visited the event. The festival has been a folk festival and the police's opinion is that there have been many young people, good atmosphere and nice weather.

Saturday has resulted in a number of measures from the police's side regarding the filing of reports. A few people have been taken into custody for intoxication. A couple of young people were taken into custody and in those cases, the parents have been contacted and have picked up the young people. The security guards have turned away a few people due to intoxication in a preventive crime-prevention measure.
