Reports come in about a disturbance in an apartment at an address in Karlstad. When the police arrive at the scene, it is determined that it is a couple in their 40s who are arguing. A man is apprehended on the spot suspected of assaulting a woman. Since there were children in the residence, he is also suspected of child neglect.

Forshaga, 00.22. Drunk Driving.
The police receive a call about a moped rider in central Forshaga. The moped rider, a man in his 50s, is taken in for testing and has his driver's license confiscated.

Kristinehamn, 03.13. Theft.
A break-in alarm goes off at a store in the southeastern parts of Kristinehamn. Someone or several people have entered the premises but left before the police arrive at the scene. A report is filed regarding theft through burglary.
