A driver is suspected of a crime in Vika
A patrol stops and checks a private car and upon checking the driver, a 65-year-old man, they suspect that he is under the influence of alcohol.
The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and after the test, he is still suspected.
He is also suspected of gross unauthorized driving as he lacks a driver's license.
