On Stora Gatan in Västerås, a drunk man tries to steal a motorcross from another man. The owner, a man in his mid-twenties, can however take back the motorcycle before he manages to leave the scene.

A police patrol in the area apprehends the relevant man according to LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. 

The suspected man, who is in his mid-thirties, is also suspected of theft of a vehicle.
