People argue and scream outdoors in Mariehäll and several people call the police. When one of the first patrols arrives, a man kicks a woman. At the intervention against the man, and another man who gets involved, the police use both pepper spray and electric shock devices. 
Both men are arrested. The man who kicked is in his 35-year-old and is suspected of assault. The man who got involved is 25 years old and is suspected of obstructing a police officer.
The woman is 35 years old and does not need medical care.
