A private individual has stopped a man when he cut open a bicycle lock in Blackeberg. Now the same man is trying to steal a bicycle on Islandstorget. The man in question is in his 50s and admits to bicycle theft when the police arrived at the scene and checked him.
The bicycle is seized and the man is suspected of theft and narcotics offense own use.
