Police and fire department are alerted to the scene. The resident of the villa is feared to have died in the fire and relatives have been informed. The circumstances surrounding the start of the fire are unclear and therefore the case is being investigated as a suspected arson. The area is cordoned off and a technical examination will be carried out when the fire site has cooled down.
