Two people have been apprehended for drunkenness. The police have also carried out a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

Here follows a selection of the night's events:

A man in Piteå municipality is arrested on suspicion of having threatened a woman he has a relationship with as well as for vandalism. The police are conducting an interrogation and the man, who is in his 30s, is detained after a decision by the prosecutor.

22:50 Drunken driving, Kalix
The police check a car on E4 outside Kalix. Suspicion arises that the driver, a woman in her 50s, is under the influence of narcotics. A blood test is performed to see if she has had illegal substances in her body. A report will be filed regarding suspected drunken driving and minor narcotics offense, own use and possession.

A report of a fire in a car at Lombia sports ground is received. No people are said to be in the vehicle. The police and rescue services are called to the scene. A report will be filed regarding a fire without suspicion of a crime.
