18.09: SOS alarms about a traffic accident where a car and an electric bicycle collided on Ramstorpsgatan in Linköping. 

The driver of the electric bicycle, a man in his 20s, has fallen to the ground.

The man is awake and able to speak and is being taken to hospital by ambulance.

Police have been on the scene and clarified what happened. There is no suspicion of a crime.
