Parking fines cause a person to find their stolen license plate.
The caller has received a stolen license plate for the car but parking fines that have arrived by mail allow the caller to find their license plate which is now on someone else's car in western Stockholm.
The car with the caller's license plate is found to be reported stolen and is seized by the police.
